Without the Holy Spirt, all we have is principles and practices, and that will not change the world. We need to invite the Manifest Presence of Jesus to be at the center of all that we do.

Definition of Stronghold: “a mindset impregnated with hopelessness that forces you to accept as unchangeable situations or outcomes that you know are contrary to the will of God.” (That None Should Perish, Chapter 4).

In Luke 10:10 Jesus says, “for the Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost.” And the first thing lost in the Garden of Eden was intimacy between Adam and Eve. We also see in Genesis that God created men and women in His own image.

The light that shines the farthest, shines the brightest at home

God has chosen the vehicle of marriage and family to touch and transform the nations of the earth. When we dedicate our home as an Ekklesia, we feel His presence.

The New Testament Church always referred to people, never buildings, and it was made up of individuals who operated 24/7 from house to house across the city. Jesus used the word “Ekklesia” to describe His church and defined it as the gathering of at least two or three believers presided.

God wants us to change the spiritual climate over our sphere of influence and Jesus gave us four simple steps in Luke 10 on how to do this. First, we bless, then we fellowship.

With the implementation of the Banks of the River, pulpit and marketplace leaders become peers and partners not rivals. As we embrace cross-collaboration we will begin to see the Ekklesia move into every sphere of society.
